Questions we get asked
It is well governed, and for everyday company work it is a reasonable place to be. But your conversations are saved as company records, there is no fixed expiry on them, the sensitive-information safeguard ships switched off, and Copilot does not fix loose file permissions. We will show you what Microsoft commits to in their own words, and you can decide which levels it covers for you.
No. Most of what your team does is Level 1 or 2 and can stay exactly where it is. We are adding a place for the work that has nowhere safe to go today.
For open-ended general chat, the big public models are stronger, and we can route to one through our managed gateway when that is the right call. For working privately on your own documents and your own numbers, this is what you want.
By concurrent use, not headcount. What matters is how many of your people are working in it at the same moment, and how hard they work it. We work that out with you before quoting anything.
We agree at the start what success looks like and review it with you. You are not buying hardware, so there is nothing stranded if you decide it is not right for your application.
No. On in-house processing nothing leaves your environment at all. On extended processing the request goes to a frontier model under a commercial agreement that prohibits training on it and deletes it within 30 days.
